Responsible for managing over $100mm in finished goods inventory, $300mm in freight costs, and approximately 100,000 SKU's.Overall responsibility for customer service, forecasting, product life cycle management, product sourcing and stocking decisions, inventory planning, freight expense, and manufacturing capacity planning. Responsible for the integration of the manufacturing and distribution functions of six major acquisitions such as Pratt & Lambert and Thompson/Minwax. Led project that developed a cross-divisional, information technology strategy, using "bottoms up" approach to ensure buy-in across the enterprise. The strategy included all aspects of information technology, including hardware/software, business applications, IS organizational development, and on-going strategic planning.Executive responsibility for a $20mm graphic arts and printing subsidiary.
