Set up and managed a number of ventures in the Lake Baringo region of Kenya including: Roberts Camp, Lake Baringo - including local safaris. Omega Farms, a tilapia breeding station.

Rift Valley, Kenya

I was employed under contract by SNV Netherlands (Netherlands overseas aid) to promote tourism in the Rift Valley region following the post-election violence in 2008. My roles was to take SNV's seat on the Rift Valley Tourism Forum operated by Baringo County Council and funded by SNV. I was then tasked to visit promising tourist venues, such as parks.

Kinsale, County Cork, Ireland

Bought an existing real estate firm in Kinsale which became the largest estate agency in the region.

A small property developer based in Kinsale co-owned with one other building luxury houses in the Viking Wharf area.

I set up this company by converting the former Kennerys Bakery in central Dublin to a dance and rehearsal studios. It was widely used by theatre companies, ballet companies and film companies for rehearsals over a period of years. It also housed 'The Performing Arts School' which at one point had over one thousand students enrolled and also had a second.
