Responsible for all projects and development related to the 1 Terabyte enterprise data warehouse and the architecture and ETL of the multiple, large, complex data sources. Led a large BI Reporting and Predictive Analytics program designed to uncover fraud in the Property and Casualty Insurance Industry. “Project Indicator”, was a success and provided the industry as a whole with a practical and functional toolset.Strategist, architect, program and project management of a 30 person department. Responsible for department budget. Implemented the industry standard Kimball DW development. Also implemented the Zachman Framework to validate the existing Enterprise Architecture. As Technology Steering Committee member played a major role in the establishment of the technical direction of the organization.
