Assess and approve loan borrowing applications for commercialised water boards, evaluate their financial and non-financial performance targets and assess and make recommendations to the Minister with regard to dividend payments. 4. The provision of recommendations to the Minister to address solvency/viability issues with regard to small commercialised water boards.5. Assessment of capital projects greater than $5 million for Water Boards, including financial (and partial economic) evaluation of pipeline proposals, pump station proposals, water treatment plants and other water delivery/distribution capital works.6. The evaluation and derivation of Water Board policies, including drought management plans, asset management plans and staff remuneration packages.During this employment period I took twelve months leave without pay to accompany my wife to Vienna Austria to support her in her UN career.
