Over the past 7 years I have been heavily involved within the retail sector specialising in retail store extensions, fit outs and alterations.   Further to assisting my fellow Directors in maintaining a successful company my principle role within Princebuild Ltd is the overseeing of Departmental Managers, Technical Support, Administrators and our carefully vetted specialist Subcontractors ensuring that they are delivering to our clients a high quality service with expert advice in all aspects of the building industry and its associated services. I liaise with the Client, Design Teams, Project Managers and onsite Personnel to ensure our Project Teams are fulfilling Client requirements to an exemplary standard, on budget and on schedule whilst adhering to EU Health and Safety standards. In addition to Managing the National Commercial projects department I oversee our expanding Building Services Department which is diverse in its maintenance and Installation competencies with the aim to incorporate high industry standards whilst reducing environmental impacts.
