After a successful 16-year rugby career, including over a decade at Gloucester Rugby, where I made over 170 appearances, I recently retired from professional rugby due to a long-term knee injury. I began my journey with Sale Sharks in 2008 and represented England at the Under-20 level. My career highlights include playing for Wasps, Esher RFC, and Bedford Blues, and returning to the Premiership with Gloucester, where I was part of the squad that lifted the EPCR Challenge Cup. I earned my first senior England cap in 2021 and enjoyed performances both for and against the Barbarians for England.I'm a proud supporter of 4ED and Hope For Tomorrow charities and continue to work closely with them both.
