I have now completed a 40+ year career as an experienced, internationally orientated and very successful senior military officer, with a demonstrable track record of achievement at all levels of business in pressured environments, with military, government, non-government and commercial organizations. An accomplished crisis response and logistics planner by profession, that understands the value of thorough planning and the strength of good teamwork, in order to meet exacting target-driven customer needs. Extensive knowledge of European and South East Asian culture built up over 20+ years of working overseas. Between 2009-15, worked for NATO in Stavanger, Norway as an exercise planner and trainer, responsible for the delivery and conduct of highly complex crisis and humanitarian disaster response exercises in the military and civilian environments and as an experienced lecturer, mentor and facilitator on logistics support at the NATO School in Germany. Subsequently individually selected to lead start-up team for a new NATO capability initiative and requirement in the Baltic States and, more specifically, Estonia. After 5+ highly successful years, including formal national recognition in the appointment, I have now completed my transition to a new appointment as a civilian Lecturer in the Baltic Defence College in Tartu.
