Coordinated install with three contractors to install underground and above ground fiber optic cabling.• 2005 Assisted in design, formation of RFP, bid evaluation and contractor selection for install of $18M new Lab and ER Network infrastructure. • 2002-2007 Construction Manager in three major construction projects for CMH, $40M renovation and new CMH Patient Tower project, 18 Million dollar new Lab and ER Project, $14M new Oncology Center Project. Designed infrastructure, formed RFPs, reviewed/evaluated bids, and selected bidders. Monitored contractor progress, submitted change requests, and gave final acceptance for installed wiring and systems • 2002 Managed complete replacement of IBM ATM backbone with new Cisco Gigabit backbone from the MDF in to 10 IDFs within CMH.
