Responsible for the safe and timely movement of the Task Force Command Team of Operation UNIFIER Rotation 5. Managed 3x subordinates, vehicles, and team finances. Planned and executed over 20,000kms worth of road moves for key military personnel and diplomats throughout cities in Ukraine. Learned limited basic Ukrainian to interact with locals and provide positive image of the CAF.

Managed the equipment of an Armoured Squadron worth several millions. Co-ordinated with external agencies in the procurement, transfer, repair, and disposal of equipment. Distributed stores to individuals, created streamlined systems to improve ability to track serialized equipment. Ensured security and managed distribution of automatic rifles, shotguns, handguns, light and medium machineguns, grenade launchers, grenade machine guns, 84mm rocket launchers, 25mm auto-cannons, night visions devices, military GPS, Secret level VHF radios, cryptographic devices, and armoured combat vehicles with zero losses and full accountability.

Effectively commanded a Coyote AFV and managed 3x crew subordinates (driver, gunner, surveillance operator). in complex scenarios with minimal supervision. Coached crew on conduct of their responsibilities. Mentored gunner using prior experience. Trusted as the lead navigational vehicle during Squadron sized (24+ AFVs) raids / combat maneuvers.

Effectively maintained the weapon / ancillary systems of the 25mm turret. Installed & operated VHF radios, increased understanding of fault finding and correcting to expert level. Acted as Squadron radio subject matter expert. Participated in several live fire ranges working with a variety of commanders, integrating with each seamlessly. Worked as vehicle 2nd in command. Navigated vehicle with map and compass, as well as with GPS through arduous terrain in all weather and light conditions. Assisted driver and surveillance operators with their tasks.
