Built 2 sales and installation offices from the ground up. Hired and trained admin, operations, and sales staff. Responsible for all sales and installation process, inventory management, quality assurance, and service. Main focus after establishment of offices was the recruiting and training of sales staff. Ran door to door marketing programs, local events and shopping mall kiosks, and small telemarketing team. Responsible for all sales, installations, contract transfers for dealer funding. Established team leader program to develop sales manager field support.

Provided landscape design, build, and maintenance service for commercial property managers, HOA Management companies and individual home owners.Installation of drainage systems, hardscapes, ornamental mass plantings, extensive annual color plantings, lawn installations and renovations.Managed all aspects of design and installations, budgets, sub contractors, hiring, employee schedules, payroll, billing, P&L management etc.Company began with 2 employees and grew to 10 full time employees + a multitude of sub contractors.
