Daily integration with US Army airlift and reconnaissance assets and foreign.

Responsible for the organization, training, and command of the United States European Command's only airlift organization. Controlled day-to-day operations of 225 Airmen capable of operating the oldest C-130 in the USAF inventory and then the newest C-130J in the United States Air Force. Successfully managed 9,700 flying hour program and $2M budget.

Directed the employment of 16 C-130 aircraft with 9,700 flying hour program, 35,000 training events, 225 aircrew. Directly responsible for the manning, personnel, training, readiness, and mission employment of the entire organization.

Supervised the Weapons Instructor Course Academics Branch and Curriculum Branch. Responsible for the development of over 250 graduate-level academic hours. Authority for student guide, lesson plans and administration in all aspects of mission planning, theater airlift employment, threat analysis, and combat tactics. Supervised seven officers.
