I Graduated with a First from Oxford University in Engineering Science, then stayed on to complete a DPhil in Information Engineering at the Wolfson Medical Vision Lab, developing skills in computer vision, artificial intelligence and software development.I started at IXICO after university as a Senior Software Developer and played a major role in the development of IXICO’s core software systems including TrialWire™ and TrialTracker™. Bridging the gap between development and trial services, I went on to lead the development of a wide range of image analysis workflows within the TrialTracker™ plugin framework, including re-implementation and integration of complex and robust analysis pipelines for Phase III global clinical trials. This illustrates my commitment to the translation of proven academic research into robust, regulatory compliant clinical trial and healthcare products.More recently, I have led on the technology solutions for the new Healthcare department developing IXICO’s medical device and associated technologies.My competencies include software development core skills such as Java, SQL, PHP, Linux and Bash scripting as well as scientific skills covering Image Processing and Artificial Intelligence mixed with good Photoshop and design experience, as well as excellent personal and presentational skills.
