In June of 2016, I was honored to have the opportunity to join the Savills Studley organization, I’m proud of that because they pioneered the conflict-free business model of representing only tenants. I’m convinced that representing tenants exclusively is the best way to go for our clients. Not only does it does it allow us to give the kind of objective, unbiased advice they might not get elsewhere, but it also gives them a unique offering in the real estate marketplace. I've believed in that concept and worked under that belief for more than 20 years. It's the issue that differentiates us from the rest of the real estate crowd.Prior to opening Savills Studley’s Carolina’s team as the Market Leader, I was formerly one of the founding principals and the Managing Partner of Cresa Charlotte, as well as serving on the board of directors of the tenant representation firm Cresa. In June 2016, Savills Studley acquired Cresa Carolinas.Previous to this, I served as Managing Director and part owner of The Staubach Company's Charlotte office and spent time at the Trammell Crow Company, where I partnered with clients on both local and national levels.
