Issue resolved by installing 10 pressure reducing valves (PRV’s) at the source that decreased air pressure from 100 psi to 30 psi. • Presented to Management Leadership Team a significant energy and cost savings opportunity by upgrading combustion controls on four 500 HP Cleaver Brooks steam boilers. Realized cost savings totaling 50% of project, in addition to reducing annual energy costs by 20%.• Identified the need for increased cooling capacity and redundancy in the Corporate IT Data Center. Lead project team during installation of redundant in-row CRAC (APC) units.
