I imbedded the core foundations of the origination upon 570+ new recruits while effetely managing time in an extremely rigid schedule to ensure that the new recruits would be adequately prepared for their careers with in the Marines Corps and be ready for Combat. I was responsible for training of, discipline, physical fitness, life in the service, basic medical training, marksmanship, house cleanliness, personal appearance, personal hygiene, personal finance, moral standards, close order drill, customs and traditions, uniforms standards, naval regulations, timeliness, and core values. I was responsible for everything that a new recruit would do and how he would do it for 24 hours a day for 3 months straight. This required the highest level of attention to detail and the utmost in time management. I also lead and trained 4 peers and 3 superiors on how to become an effective drill instructor. I personally enabled more than 464 recruits to return to training through personally supervising more than 180 hours of physical condition, mentorship and education. While serving as a Drill Instructor and using my knowledge of technology platforms I planned, developed and implemented a streamlined standardized electronic routing form, repository, and database that reduced the time it would take by one hour per recruit while also saving 12,000 pages annually. With this system the entire wester recruiting region general could now see valuable metrics which identified significant trends and resulted in operational changes that significantly reduced low morale with in the special training company.

I also provided account creations and updates on unclassified, and classified networks. I lead the team to stand up multiple iterations of a tactical localized network for over 50 users with a centralized printing solution, access and support for centralized storage utilized for backups, file access and file distribution, secure email services to internal and external commands, external internet, and command and control platforms. Provided Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) on both unclassified and classified networks using Cisco Call Manager. I also ensured that the tactical localized networks were secured and maintained during 24 hour operations in austere environments. I established and monitored voice and data communications via Broadband Global Area Network (BGAN), High Frequency (HF), Very High Frequency (VHF) Ultra High Frequency (UHF) Adaptive networking wideband Waveforms (ANW2), and Very Small Aperture Terminal (VSAT) family of systems.
