I currently manage multi-sites of supported living for people who have complex needs, such as learning disabilities and mental health conditions. The sites I have managed during the last 18months have been very different, both in their age as a scheme, and in the people being supported there.I have managed:- new services, and new teams. -Established services-Forensic services -Outreach (comunity based) supported living.I have recently completed my NVQ, Level 5 in leadership and management, and excel in team building and mentoring.I have a 2:1 Bsc in Psycholoogy and Sociology(2014), and have completed training in NLP and life coaching. I have trained as a Mentor and volunteered with young families and students in the past with Home-Start and The University of Chester. I have also worked as a Theraputic parent in a children's home for a short period. I am also a reiki master and have interest in complementary therapies such as mindfulness and reflexology, all of which allow me escape my 'normal' everyday work.
