The Box Office Managers role is responsible for management and operations of the Theatre Royal’s Box Office, Ticketing and CRM systems and the Theatre’s website including the substantial online sales business. A Key part of the role is ensuring that a high standard of service is offered to the many clients who use the Theatre Royal Box Office and ticketing services.

• Provided operational, systems, training and business performance support for 20 franchised properties across Victoria and Tasmania• Budget and cash flow management of franchised businesses• Monitored and tracked KPI performance for franchised businesses• Identified and addressed issues in underperforming properties• Reported to the board on breaches of franchise agreements and underperforming businesses• Conducted training and business support for new franchisees
