I’m the Chief People Officer at ResultsCX, where I’m responsible for serving our global workforce - a team of over 23,000 CX experts, across 25+ global locations.My team are smart, dynamic HR professionals who deliver talent strategies that empower our people to create lasting and sustainable growth. Together, with our business colleagues, we are building an environment that champions belonging, through respect, integrity and inclusion. When fully engaged and supported, colleagues are always able to perform to the best of their abilities. Through my career in global HR leadership and services industries, I have delivered extensive achievements in transforming and elevating global human resource organizations. In addition to executive management, I have also served as a board member of a 6 billion dollar US credit union. Learning is at the heart of growing and transforming any organization and has been a key driver in my career to date. Outside of work, I love to travel both in the US and internationally. My passion for exploring new cultures and experiences developed from early opportunities to study in Spain, at the University of Valencia and in France, at the University of Rennes.
