With over 35 years of experience in the real estate industry, I am the founder and president of Mark B. Weiss Real Estate LLC, a full-service brokerage and development firm that specializes in commercial and investment properties in Chicago and northern Illinois. I am also an accomplished author, receiver, and entrepreneur, having written seven books on real estate-related topics, handled hundreds of receiverships, and founded and served on the board of New Century Bank. I have received multiple honors and awards for my work, including the Real Estate Division Honoree and the Good Neighbor Award for vintage renovations.
