Interactive Leadership is a comprehensive course designed to teach the fundamental concepts of effective leadership and cultivate leadership skills and proficiency. Successfully provides quality academic instruction to course participants and is responsible for ensuring each student has an enjoyable, productive, challenging, and meaningful experience in the class. Instructor studies objectives of formal training and develops course syllabi, training project outlines, and generates course improvement recommendations to existing lesson plans and exercises. Instructor prepares assignments, exercises, demonstrations, training aids, and reference and related material required to parallel and supplement course outline.

Black Belts (BBs) are trained, certified, and committed process improvement leaders who work on large-scale and often cross organizational process improvements. Elimination of waste and reduction of variation are at the very core of what it means to be a BB. In essence, BBs are the driving force behind positive process change.

Military

The Command Sergeant Major is the senior Enlisted Non-Commissioned Officer of the Command at battalion or higher levels. The CSM carries out policies and standards on performance, training, appearance and conduct of enlisted personnel. The CSM gives advice and initiates recommendations to the commander and staff in matters pertaining to enlisted personnel. A unit, installation, or higher headquarters CSM directs the activities of that NCO support channel. The support channel functions orally through the CSMs or first sergeant’s call and normally does not involve written instruction. The CSM administers the unit Noncommissioned Officer Development Program (NCODP), normally through written directives and the NCO support channel. As the senior NCO of the command, the CSM is the training professional within the unit, overseeing and driving the entire training program. The CSM assists the commander in determining leader tasks and training for NCOs.

The Regimental Command Sergeant Major (CSM) is the Senior Enlisted Non-Commissioned Officer and trainer in the organization. The CSM is also the Non-Commissioned Officer Education System (NCOES) Commandant. The CSM ensures that policies and standards are carried out for training, appearance and conduct of all the Soldiers in the Regiment as well as Soldiers attending courses within the Schoolhouse. The CSM advises and initiates recommendations to the Regiment Commander and staff in all matters pertaining to NCOES and Non-Commissioned Officers related matters. The CSM provides tactical and technical training guidance and professional support to subordinates and assists Officers in completion and accomplishment if their duties. The CSM is responsible for the care of all Soldiers and functions completely without supervision.
