As a Leadership Coach & Trainer for Thames Valley Police, I help leaders create environments where potential can be maximised both individually and collectively. I design and deliver material for our Core Leadership Programme aimed at equipping our leaders to meet demands in a very unique and demanding environment. I create and deliver bespoke training packages tailored to meet the needs of individual teams. I also proudly lead on our Positive Action training programme aimed at supporting the retention and development of our staff and officers from ethnically diverse backgrounds. I will also shortly take up the role as lead for the delivery of our Women’s Development Programme. I hold a CMI Level 7 Certificate in Coaching and Mentoring from the Institute of Leadership & Management (ILM), a Level 5 NVQ Diploma in Management and Leadership in addition to multiple training qualifications. I am also a certified and accredited practitioner of various personal development tools and frameworks, including MBTI Step 1, PDA and Thomas Internationals PPA, TEIQ and 360 Feedback. Outside of work I am the proud father of two adopted children and that role has led me to the position of joint chair of the Thames Valley Police Adoption and Fostering support group. I’m passionate about having a positive impact on both individuals and policing - this motivation pushes me on each day.
