• Professional membership as a Member of the Chartered Institute of Highways and Transportation for the past 8 years, with over 20 years experience in highways and some experience in LRT schemes. • Design of highway schemes using MX for Windows.• Production of detail and preliminary drawings for highway schemes using AutoCAD.• Production of Contract Documents, Bills of Quantities and estimates, using Microsoft Word and Excel.• Liaison with Clients and Contractors to discuss requirements or proposals.• Liaison with Statutory Utilities to discuss any apparatus diversions that may be required due to schemes.• Ability to supervise and co-ordinate staff to ensure that schemes and time restraints are realised and achieved.• Experience of Project Management and Financial Control of schemes. • Ability to supervise and liaise with Contractor’s on site. • Contractual experience with NEC 3 Engineering and Construction Contract, Option C (Target Contract with Activity Schedule).Specialties: HIGHWAYS
