In particular shareholder oppression and compulsory acquisition matters.Mark’s clients include ASX listed public companies, venture capitalists, private companies, property developers, private businesses, other accounting firms as well as leading commercial and family law firms.Prior to Hall Chadwick Mark was the Director of BCA Advisers a specialist in corporate finance services to property developers, valuations for mergers and acquisitions, accounting, tax, corporations law and commercial disputes. BCA Advisers was also a specialist in forensic accounting services for compulsory acquisition compensation claims.Mark began his professional career in insolvency in 1990 at Coopers & Lybrand, completing investigating accountant assignments for the major banks, managing trading receiverships and conducting business sales. Mark was also a Manager at KPMG Corporate Finance where his clients included, Colonial, the Colonial property trusts, Boral, Hazelwood Power, Citipower, Santos, Adelaide Brighton Cement, Mayne Nickless and the AIDC. Mark holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Melbourne, a Masters of Business Administration from RMIT and a Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance.
