From a young age i started my fist lawn mowing business in 5th Grade, i maintained nine lawns every weekend for over two year, after moving away i did odd job form yard work to painting even helped people move. upon turning 16 years old i got my first job at publix as a cashier after 2 years, i left to work for Polo Ralph Lauren clothing store as a sales employee and stock specialist. After graduating High School i pursued a Career in the field of culinary arts, i took my 1st at Cracker Barrel as a dinner cook, While attending Culinary school i joined the Kessler Collection hotels at Celebration Hotel as a pantry/pastry cook, i helped open Wild Side Bar n Grill as lead line cook, In September 2005 i joined Roy's Hawaiian Fusion on Sand lake road in Orlando Florida, in 2008 i became a Sous Chef, in 2012 i left to become Chef De Cuisine of David's Club at Hilton Orlando, I returned to Roy's to take the job as Executive Chef Partner. After my term with Roy's I joined Zoes Kitchen as an AGM to prused a career in the front of house management.
