I have many years of experience in Refurbishment & Building Projects through out the UK and Europe including, Commercial Office Fitting Out both Cat A & B and Industrial, Shop fitting, Hotel, Leisure and Residential work.I am hardworking, professional and a pro-active person that doesn't accept failure.My skills include pre-construction, compiling cost plans, contractors packages, buying/procurement. I produce programmes on MS Projects and can also use Asta power project, compile the Construction Phase Health & Safety plan, Site Logistics Plans, Fire Plans, Traffic Plans, approval of RAMS, develop RFI schedules, Progress Reports, Safety Audit Assessments and Quality Reports. I have SMSTS ,First Aid and also hold a CSCS White Card. Qualified to HNC in Surveying.I control the overall financial management of projects and I have strong commercial awareness.I have excellent communication skills and use these to ensure that Health & Safety on site is implemented correctly to the site teams and contractors.I arrange and lead client, sub-contract and professional team meetings including taking and distributing minutes/records.
