Integra is a Southern California Based Electronics component distributor with a focus in the passive electronics market place. My role and responsibilities at Integra is to; Develop, coordinate and implement plans designed to increase existing business and capture new opportunities. I manage strategic marketing and operations, setting objectives and identifying methods to reach those goals. In the Past two years we have increased the capture of new businesses by 200% increased sales dollars organically by 80%. I helped develop organizational growth initiatives and target customer segments that lead to discovery of the growing electric vehicle segment where Integra is now a major supplier. Oversee the development and implementation of our e-commerce site, collaborating with developers on the marketing and analytic assessment of traffic generators for our site. I was instrumental on directing Integra away from the shadows of our larger competitors by developing relationships with our suppliers whom support unique products not sold elsewhere. This approach has given us a foothold into developing deeper relationship and helping define new business.

As Director of business development my role included working alongside the President and CFO helping shape and nurture a highly motivated inside sales team. I was a key instrument on developing opportunities generated by the inside sales team into needle moving business wins. Training the sales team on recognizing potential opportunities that VCC could participate, develop relationships and support customer on a technical level by offering alternative solutions derived from standard products. Other responsibilities included, Quarterly employee review, managing incentive programs and hiring inside sales personal. In 2015 I was offered a new challenge with Integra Electronics, a VCC distributor. I'm fortunate that I can still support VCC sales efforts through Integra.

VCC (Visual Communications Company) is a leading manufacturer of Indicators, Lightpipe and LED mounting hardware. I joined VCC in 2005 as a 3.5 Million dollar company. During my tenure as National Sales manager I worked hands on with distributors and hired manufacture representatives throughout North America. Brought on regional and National distributors to help grow VCC sales. I played a key role on developing direct relationships with major OEM that grew VCC direct business by 500%, as well, landing a 6 Million dollar program related to Amazon Kindle reading lamp. 2011 VCC was acquired by two private equity investment companies, my role expanded to Director of business development.

KEY Electronics was a local Electronics manufacture service provider for San Diego. Specializing in high level mixed technology circuit board assembly, I was the sole sales face to KEY's customers.. I managed multiple of roles that included; Program manager, sales engineer and lead generator. I developed and nurtured a multimillion dollar program with Polaris Pools wireless spa products. This business helped launch KEY into a known go to manufacture for Printed circuit board assemblies in San Diego County.While at KEY we grew sales by 10X by providing a technical sales approach to solving problems for our customers and listening to their needs. Participated in designer forms and sales network groups. 2005 KEY was sought for acquisition by Suntron corporation.

KVD a developer of mixed signal semiconductor test equipment, for high speed wafer probing operations . Provide strategic guidance to material planning and lead engineers based on customer requirements and time lines. Using Gant charts and project management software to ensure goals and time lines were met. Held weekly and bi-weekly meetings to ensure teams were tracking on schedule and help address any issues that arise. Managed multi-million dollar projects with key customers at a single time. Oversaw product marketing on specific key accounts and help promote KVD within our customer organization to gain more business. Grew M2E designer platform into a main brand product for KVD, by listening to customer requirements and offering insight to our engineering team. This became a staple product for KVD for many years and was proud to be a major instrument in its success.

Having A lifelong interest with electronics, I founded an electronics audio manufacturing company (AKA: M&C Speakerworks) focus was pro audio and high-end consumer electronics products. M&C was a service provider of crossover networks and acoustic cabinetry. I started M&C in 1991 with the idea of introducing our own products. While exhibiting at the 1992 Consumer Electronics Shows (CES) I discovered a need to provide design and manufacturing service to others. Hence ending the production of M&C Series loudspeakers and focusing on contract manufacturing services.By 1995 I had experienced a full education, working with CEO groups, Banks, HR staffing companies and managing supply chain. 1996 M&C moved to a larger facility and increased employee count to 30 full time workers. I was able to reinvest in more equipment for added capabilities, with an established customer base to include ongoing contracts with; KRK, Mackie, Carver Corporation, Sunfire, Polk Audio, TC Sounds, Hsu Research, CounterPoint, and Meadowlark Audio to name a few. In 1997 I sold 50% ownership, by 1998 when my son was born I decided it was time explore other opportunities and sold the balance of interest.
