Participated in designer forms and sales network groups. 2005 KEY was sought for acquisition by Suntron corporation.

    Having A lifelong interest with electronics, I founded an electronics audio manufacturing company (AKA: M&C Speakerworks) focus was pro audio and high-end consumer electronics products. M&C was a service provider of crossover networks and acoustic cabinetry. I started M&C in 1991 with the idea of introducing our own products. While exhibiting at the 1992 Consumer Electronics Shows (CES) I discovered a need to provide design and manufacturing service to others. Hence ending the production of M&C Series loudspeakers and focusing on contract manufacturing services.By 1995 I had experienced a full education, working with CEO groups, Banks, HR staffing companies and managing supply chain. 1996 M&C moved to a larger facility and increased employee count to 30 full time workers. I was able to reinvest in more equipment for added capabilities, with an established customer base to include ongoing contracts with; KRK, Mackie, Carver Corporation, Sunfire, Polk Audio, TC Sounds, Hsu Research, CounterPoint, and Meadowlark Audio to name a few. In 1997 I sold 50% ownership, by 1998 when my son was born I decided it was time explore other opportunities and sold the balance of interest.
