Responsible for the technical implementation of the New Hampshire Department of Revenue Administration's Revenue Information Management System (RIMS) system modernization effort, which successfully rolled out on time and on budget amidst the global pandemic. This included managing four development teams, training new developers and team managers standards and best practices for system implementation; coordinating with agency executives on key project decisions and updates; and creating and reporting on project timelines both internally and with agency staff. During the pandemic, assisted with the implementation of NH's Main Street Relief Fund to issue payments of over $339 million to local businesses for pandemic relief, including cross matching and fraud checks as part of the approval process. Also part of company marketing meetings and demonstrations of our product to potential international clients.

Provided part-time assistance to the FAST project team responsible for systems modernization and enhancements in the aftermath of Hurricane Maria. This included providing development QA on key revenue accounting and financial modules, teaching technical and business best practices to FAST and agency staff, and providing technical and business analysis on agency initiatives for prioritizing development efforts. Also assisted in systems cutover planning and execution to ensure minimal system downtime during implementation of new initiatives and project phases.

Developed internal project procedures and modules to track implementation progress in an automated and transparent fashion, including real-time reporting of development tasks.

Financials module Team Manager of three developers (one FASTie, two local) responsible for ensuring the timelines and accuracy of revenue accounting models and taxpayer financial accounting for the Ministry of Finance as part of a system modernization effort for their Vehicle taxes. Also responsible for meeting with key ministry staff in multiple business areas to address their business concerns in the new system, including transparent reporting, accounting for the intake of multiple foreign currencies, and collecting and distributing money from multiple field offices.

Kuala Lumpur, Federal Territory Of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

Worked with Royal Malaysian Customs on implementing a brand new Goods and Service Tax. Responsible for implementing a model to revenue account for returns and payments filed by taxpayers, ensuring paid monies and accounts receivable were appropriately recorded with the agency's accounting unit. Also responsible for developing taxpayer refund case review and issuance through paper and electronic channels, including user workflow intake and reporting of key refund and financial metrics.

Responsible for developing the internal processing for Corporate Income Tax returns for the Mississippi Department of Revenue, including use review rules and math edits, in addition to implementing the Modernized eFile (MeF) interface between the agency's new software system and the IRS. Additionally developed a brand new File System Electronic Transfer (FSET) process between the agency and large payroll providers to collect withholding payments and returns.
