Responsible for creative direction and management of internal design process from schematic design through design development and constructions drawings for all remodel and new store construction projects.• Oversee and manage the internal design process with the RP, RVP(s), Coordinators and Store Team Leaders• Manage relationship of all third-party architecture and design firms• Manage relationship with third-party equipment providers and coordinators to insure accurate designs• Point for all Prime Now additions and expansions in South Region stores• Coordinate Store Development Team to verify all equipment, small wares, millwork packages, and decor to insure on-time/on-budget store openings• Direct report for Décor Manager and Senior Equipment Buyer• Provide partnership support with I.T. Team to innovate technology for new stores and remodels• Assist in the design for energy efficiency and value engineering intent• Maintain accurate plan records and documentation of costs• Act as support and point person for stores in design for new construction and remodels
