While we are a proponent of the SBA SCORE program, we know the reality of their lack of reach during the critical first 3 years. We also know the parasitic funders that cripple the new contractor's ability to flourish. Cash flow is king and the fatal flaw in the system. Most companies that survive the first 5 years can get traditional funding at reasonable rates. Getting you through the first 5 years is our purpose.

LEED Silver building and Energy StarAutonomously Supervised 60+ tradesmen on 12-hour night shifts. URG required 100% public occupancy of lobby and retail spaces for approximately 3000 daily visitors.Coordinated with local authorities, security and collateral construction activities for smooth execution of our work.
