With deep experience in sales and channel management across a range of companies and brands in FMCG, and a track record of management and leadership across various commercial functions, I have established myself as an accomplished, authentic people leader and Sales Director. I bring a track record of building strategic partnerships with a broad customer base, ensuring a strong focus on developing a shared growth plan and strategic alignment with sales objectives.In my most recent role as Head of Sales for Coles Liquor at CUB Premium Beverages (Asahi), I managed the complete delivery of the channel P&L, growth agenda and customer partnership objectives. I led a highly capable channel team and shared management of Supply and Finance. For a period of 6 months in 2022, I also held the role of Head of Sales for Endeavour Group.Prior to this, I was the Associate Director of Revenue Management and Analytics with Asahi, where I led the Pricing Operations and Promotional Planning teams to drive enhanced forecasting, investment planning and activity review across total CUB. I also managed development of systems, processes and capabilities across Revenue Management, Finance, Sales and IT.
