Managed the use of asset based and brokerages for some of our Managed Logistics accounts, while handling onboarding for new incumbents, reviewing lane level data, working with internal Carrier Sales team on coverage, and providing data driven feedback on accounts.

Created relationships with asset based trucking companies to help cover shipments moving for our customers by making outbound calls and emails, as well as providing updated tracking of those shipments being moved. Was a part of our Expedite team which focused on shipments utilizing Sprinter Vans and Straight Trucks, as well as assisting with White Glove/Inside Delivery Services.
