• Identify opportunities to improve process compliance and consistency within a Regions whilst coaching on KPI’s such as Shrink, Waste, Cash Loss, LTT scorecard and Safe and Legal outputs as well as other end to end retail processes such as Productivity or Inventory management processes • Work flexibly across the zone to support delivery of projects/ programmed activities within the Regions/stores required across all formats. • Raise management and colleague capability by coaching on all store processes to deliver improved results. Challenging non-compliance appropriately• Work collaboratively with the Retail Risk, Security and Insights team to land activity and support communications to our stores which delivers targeted improvement to KPIs, optimises process and drives awareness of key activity / initiatives through Make it Happen / Focus days (such as data security, safer communities and Think25 legislation changes)• In conjunction with the Zonal Group Safety Partners and the Retail Risk team, drive Safe and Legal compliance within the Region/s by challenging/following up with store teams appropriately and providing great coaching as well as flagging risks and key issues to ROMs and/or the respective Central teams• Where required, support the Change and Investment Manager with Investments – focusing on store processes as well as Safe and Legal processes with the Group Safety team • Challenge and escalate as appropriate, using the correct channels to deliver business change, when identifying processes and procedures that are not fit for purpose or require simplification• Develop and manage relationships with all stakeholders in particular with ROMs, Area Managers, HRPs, Store Managers and Central Retail teams • Plan and manage travel efficiently to deliver own cost lines within agreed travel and appropriate budgets• Be the ‘retail process expert’ in the Regions
