As the Assistant Director of Enrollment Technology in the College of Business, this position coordinates, monitors and maintains all CoB processes and campaigns run through the Talisma software. I work with the ASEM Recruitment Technology staff on any system changes, modified version updates, and system issues affecting performance. I manage all CoB fields and tables within the system. I am responsible for developing CoB analytic reports both for campaign and recruitment purposes. I am also a primary contact for CoB staff with questions on usage of Talisma software. As the Assistant Director of Analytics and Recruitment, I collect, analyze and report on data. Using multiple sources, I present data-driven recommendations to enhance recruitment, retention and diversity/inclusion. I also assist with the instruction of undergraduate courses aimed at developing computer proficiency with basic business software used for analysis and evaluation of data. This position also collaborates with the CoB recruitment team on data assessment and student recruitment efforts for students in a variety of programs and academic levels. On top of these duties, I also continue to serve as the Coordinator of the DREAMBIG Academy, providing upcoming, underrepresented, high school seniors the opportunity to discover the world of business and its potential career opportunities.
