A member of Fulbright’s Western Lands & Energy Practice, Mark’s practice is focused on natural resources litigation and public lands administration. He has handled cases in many areas of environmental law with particular expertise and experience in Fifth Amendment takings litigation, challenges to land use decisions on federal lands brought under the Administrative Procedure Act and the National Environmental Policy Act, water rights adjudication, oil and gas development, and tribal matters. Mark is admitted to practice in Colorado, New Mexico, North Dakota, the District of Columbia, and before the United States Court of Federal Claims.
