-Oversee the financial accounting and reporting for the Altour Division of the Internova Travel Group, which includes the Altour Corporate Business (Altour Corporate) and the domestic component of the Meetings & Incentives business (Your Event Solutions).-Spearheading the consolidation of the legacy TLC Corporate and Altour Corporate businesses under the Altour brand, including identifying synergies in accounting processes, and working with the Legal, Account Management, and Human Resource teams fully integrate the two businesses.-Lead a team of approximately 25 accounting professionals located throughout the country in their performance of both the day-to-day accounting responsibilities to support the Division’s 0perations, and the period end close and other reporting responsibilities necessary for the inclusion of the Divisions results in the consolidated financial statements. -Provide weekly cash forecasting to assist with Treasury’s cash management activities.-Collaborate with IT professionals to develop improvements and enhancements to the Netsuite ERP platform to drive the efficiencies and effectiveness of that system, including being a company wide superuser of that system.-Develop, Implement, and monitor internal controls in accordance with company policies, and work with internal audit on the testing of these controls.-Interface with the external auditors to support the annual audits of the company’s financial statements.-Collaborating with the accounting and finance teams for the Latin America and EMEA (Europe, Middle East, and Africa) regions of the Your Event Solutions business to develop a unified set of accounting policies and procedures to align the financial goals of that global team.

-Oversee the financial accounting and reporting for the Travel Leaders Corporate Business Unit-Oversee and manage the teams that perform reconciliations with the Airline Reporting Corporation (ARC) for the Altour and Travel Leaders Corporate Business Units-Collaborate with IT professionals to develop improvements and enhancements to the Netsuite ERP platform to drive the efficiencies and effectiveness of that system.-NetSuite Superuser

-Oversaw the financial accounting and reporting for the Travel Leaders Corporate Business Unit-Provided accounting oversight and testing support for the implementation of the Netsuite ERP system for the Travel Leaders Corporate and Altour Business units, and the convergence of the backend accounting system of those two business units.-NetSuite Superuser

-Oversaw billing and revenue accruals for the Travel Leaders Corporate Business Unit-Assisted the CTS Mexico division with US reporting
