Current2016-Present, Sales Coaching Manager, National Debt ReliefOriginally hired as an account representative, with subsequent promotions to various other positions within the debt relief industry. Primarily responsible to manage and coach a team of newly hired sales agents during a rapid expansion period at National Debt Relief in which over 700 newly hired agents have been hired from Jan 2021 thru July 2023. The main goal and focus is to prepare them for the sales floor utilizing one on one meetings, workshops, live listening in on calls, drafting and delivering call evaluations that speak to the agents key performance indicator’s and compliance issues. This has resulted with agents being 3 months more advanced of prior hiring and training techniques, including agents signing 1 million in sales in their first month on the dashboard. Other responsibilities include reviewing sales reports, identifying tenured agents that are not meeting sales goals, lower clear rates, higher cancellation rates and compliance issues, drafting and delivering call evaluations and workshops designed for continued growth, higher sales volume and creating more consistent closers
