Organize shipping routes and the drivers to get the product to the destinations. I control activities and staff involved in maintenance, utilities, security, grounds, and administration of the facility and equipment. I perform difficult staffing difficulties including dealing with understaffing, resolving work related problems and hiring, writing up and firing staff. I wrote procedures for the warehouse to promote compliance and standard work. I also work with the other managers in the office and implement department policies, goals, objectives, procedures as well as Driving Values of the company.

I was substitute teacher for all ages and classrooms.

I led a congregation of 125 people. I was responsible for preaching every weekend, teaching, music ministry, youth ministry, children's ministry, men's ministry, counseling, weddings, funeral, leadership of the church.

I created the youth program that expanded greatly. I educated and built up the adult youth workers. I organized activities for the church and North American Baptist conference.
