Responsible for the delivery of Emergency Control Organisation (ECO) training provided to clients and the completion of all training and evacuation reports and updating of Warden Register as well as Skills training and Emergency Evacuation Exercises.Responsible for the collection and completion of all information and paperwork required for Emergency Procedures for First 5 Minute clients.Responsible for completion of all internal documentation associated with the delivery of service to clients. Assist in ensuring that the HSE personnel, trainer/assessors, Regional, Area, and State Managers are aware of relevant Safety, Environmental and Training statutory compliance requirements and have systems in place to ensure compliance. Develop and co-ordinate internal training inspection schedules for Business Units, HSE coordinators (delivering training) and trainer assessors in respect to Company and regulatory compliance.Audit, review and provide feedback to the Group L&OD Manager on the implementation and effectiveness of the training methods, process and capability of the facilitator.Support the ongoing development of the facilitators and provide coaching, mentoring and peer review as required.Conduct annual reviews of trainer/assessors and provide reports to the National HSE Managers on these outcomes in accordance with procedures.Contribute to and review the development of core subject matter information and course content.Address complaints, compliments and other feedback received by business units or learners regarding the delivery of training and assessment and other services.Provide adequate feedback, encouragement and coaching support to trainers/assessors where appropriate to ensure continuous improvement.Consult key stakeholders including Branch Managers, HSE, Environmental and HR advisors and documentation such as Business Unit Management Plans, Business Unit Risk register and training records to assist in determining training needs for each site.Communicate and promote a safety first culture that supports continuous HSE improvement and actively participate in company-wide programs.Unsure duty of care obligations are met and conduct in the workplace occurs in a safe manner at all times.Participate in processes regarding risk management compliance and internal controls to ensure operations and legal HSE risks are effectively managed and minimised.
