Assisted with resourcing the Environment Assessment & Services to assess and manage the environmental assessment works for Queensland Rail's works program.During this time, personally responded to over 100 third party property access requests and coordinated the responses for an equivalent number from other team members. Whilst doing so, identified streamlining opportunities for the responses through updating property agreement documentation reflecting legislation changes whilst aligned to each property agreement document type. Opportunities were recorded in a revised guideline as a one-stop shop approach.Proactively assisted in the handover of MBRL's environmental information and works from construction to operations.Provided environment oversight of all planning, design and construction of Queensland Rail's station upgrade program covering 7 stations and 3 contractors as well as for two of the 4 new SEQ stabling yards.Technically advised on noise assessment works for all four SEQ stabling yards and Coomera to Helensvale track duplication.Continued to assist TMR in preparing Stage 2 of their rail Queensland Development Code (QDC) rail noise mapping via providing geographical location (particularly for fixed facility yards, etc) and noise source information.Twice acted as Manager (Environment Assessment & Services) in April and July 2016.Actively participated in the environmental risk assessments and review of EMPs for the introduction of new passenger trains into operations.Assisted in providing field / on-site coordination for remote environmental incident response / recovery works in early 2016.
