Responsible for the delivery of inspection and cleaning and repair services to water companies throughout the UK implemented through effective Programme Management. Facilitate the efficient allocation of resources to unite internal capabilities with multiple external 4-year programmes dictated by the UK Drinking Water Inspectorate.Key tasks include:- Programme/Project management.- Writing Site Risk Assessments and Method Statements to maintain high standards of Health & Safety and Water Hygiene Procedures for working in and around live water reservoirs, including Confined Space Entry.- Responsible for providing budget approval for values up to £500k; from the contract stage through to reconciliation using the company’s financial database and the negotiation of amendments with clients during the delivery of services, as well as the procurement of equipment and consumables required by the department.- Provision of weekly updates to the Senior Management Board covering all Operations aspects; including personnel, logistics, equipment and all KPI-related issues. - Responsible for the training and development of all personnel within the Operations Teams to identify new team leaders and future supervisors. - Responsible for recruitment of Operations staff and the lead for internal investigations on behalf of the Senior Management Board.

Part of a small family run business, entrusted with varying roles; both within the company offices and outside assisting customers in the company yard. A key team member, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and providing support to the management.

Responsible for stock control to prepare for, and carry out multi-drop deliveries to customers. Also, responsible for completing quotations prior to the completion of customer orders. Additional tasks included the quality control of stock and adherence to delivery timelines.
