Over 12 years of experience in product management, 10 years in production experience, and over 30 years of mechanical experience. Currently working as the Mill Operator at Asphalt Systems Inc. and deal in most aspects of plant operations, where we produce high-quality Asphalt Emulsion products. Deeply passionate about producing quality products while maintaining, repairing, and improving equipment and processes to ensure company standards and deadlines are met.Previously, I worked as a Corrections Officer where I managed inmates' activities and behaviors, a shift manager, managing store operations in a fast-paced environment, and an Airplane Mechanic, where attention to detail is of the utmost importance. In all experiences, I have always enjoyed the challenges and used them to improve myself and use them to better all aspects of my life. When not at work, I love spending time with my family, traveling to new places, experiencing new food and cultures, camping, and boating.
