I was responsible for two positions my first two years at TBCT: Sr. Manager of Medical Affairs, MSL Manager for the Americas and Sr. Manager Global Strategic Lead, Medical Affairs Autologous Biologics. My current responsibilities include: MSL manager on two continents supporting three different therapeutic areas (CTT Division- Oncology: CAR-T, TAB Division- Orthopedic, Cardiovascular, Endovascular Surgery, TS Division - Neurology: Sickle Cell Disease, and CNS Rare Diseases), developing the strategic and tactical plan for North America and Latin America (NA/LATM) field medical affairs. In this role, I assume lead responsibilities in the planning and execution of medical advisory boards, strategic direction setting and assessing unmet medical needs. The aim is to work within a cross-functional team (Global Marketing, Clinical & Scientific Affairs, Market Access and Regulatory) to gain approval for new indications and to build the framework for more clinical outcome assessments. The position includes extensive engagement with external key opinion leaders (KOLs). Before my current position, I served many Sr. Director and Director level positions managing both field level and internal functions. I have formal training and experience in HEOR. I also have experience in the field as MSL, managed care MSL, and sales. I have worked in all aspects of the product lifecycle including experience with many product launches. I have experience in Immunology (RA, AS, PsA, Crohn’s, Derm), Neuroscience (Neurology, Psych), Addiction/Pain, Nephrology, Bone Disorders, Oncology (CAR-T), Hematology, Rare Disease, and Medical Device.
