Teach people to repair and maintain the machines. Take purchase orders and schedule production to achive finish times so the customer recieves the product on time. Make invoices packing lists and prepare the shippments for shipping. Accumulate the time for the employees and get it to payroll in order to keep the employees happy. Rest when time permits.
