Facilitation and assessment of a number of Public Safety, Leadership and Government Investigations qualifications to staff from a range of governement organisations.Current training experience includes: Dploma of Public Safety (Emergency Management), Leadership units from the Public Safety training packages, Level 2 Incident Controller as well as Certificate IV in Government Investigations.

I have worked in numerous roles within the Australian Defence Force (ADF) that have given me a varied skill set, these roles include:- Coordination and administration of mandatory training and course administration requirements, including introducing procedural efficiencies, of Army Reserve recruits in NSW; ADF Recruiter;- Task Group Logistic Operations Officer role during the ADF Response in NSW & the ACT, to the 2019-20 bush fires, planning and coordinating ADF logistic support to the whole of government response;; - Management, development and implemention of soldier career development stratagies; - Training and assessing on junior officers and soldiers across a range of initial training and trade specific courses;- Leadership and Management of ADF and multinational teams of over 30 members, including while deployed domestically and overseas; and- Coordinating and managing unit transport & logistics elements both in barracks and while deployed.
