Director, Global Shared Services Center (Gssc)
Current- Director of UNICEF's single global shared services responsible for over $5 billion in shared services, including invoice processing, payments, Payroll, HR administration, Master Data Management and IT customer support services to all of UNICEF's 13,000 staff in over 300 headquarters and field office locations in 190 countries worldwide- Drive a vision of innovation and best in class shared services competitive with private and public sectors to improve UNICEF's programme mission focus, reduce costs, improve transaction quality and reduce organizational risks globally- Implement leading service level performance, productivity and customer service targets- Cultivate a culture of continuous business improvement and technology innovation to drive business modernization and efficiency throughout the organization- Create a center for global conferences, global learning and remote training with core training designers and the latest IT conferencing technology- Pilot and implement the latest innovative ideas with regard to HR management of resources including a culture of innovation, training, international experience, performance management, and work-life balance in a stimulating workplace environment to develop staff for further careers throughout the international organization or in the shared services industry- Implement robust quality assurance and support strong fraud and risk management throughout the organization- Act as UNICEF's Ambassador to the Hungarian Government managing UNICEF's relationship with senior Government Officials, including operational and policy partnerships- Lead workforce transformation and execution of a phased implementation plan with senior executive, including field office transition, communications, recruitment and training of all staff to reduce go-live risks while ensuring a high quality of service delivery throughout ramp-up- Recruit and train over 300 shared services staff in less than 9 months
