For over 30 years, I have been at the forefront of initiatives that have positioned organizations to clarify its vision, clearly articulate it objectives, implement significant change and manage for results. I have conceived new ideas to strengthen core services to customers, project-managed new initiatives, and maintained the morale of staff and consultants despite periods of instability and change. As a senior level manager, I have led several multi-million dollar projects and led large parts of a global IT organization, as well as implemented new strategic vision, organizational improvements for effectiveness and efficiency as well as organizational change across several lines of business in a multi-billion dollar global organization. With a combination of vision and organizational realism, I have been acknowledged for my capacity to harness the enthusiasm and talents of others, identify core issues, and motivate the necessary resources available to stretch funds and achieve management objectives in a culturally diverse international public sector environment. There have been challenges, but successes have been hard won and commitment has been tireless.
