Manage Golf Operation in its entirety. Responsibilities include but not limited to:• Provide oversight for total golf revenue generation• Manage daily golf operation; including golf shop merchandising• Implement all Player Development including all private instruction, clinics and camps• Assist in all marketing campaign generation • Manage staff of 25 compromised of Assistant Golf Professional, Golf Shop Associates, Outside Service Manager, Outside Service Attendants, Starters and Player Assistants• Forecast annual green fee & tournament budgets • Manage Retail Operation; responsible for purchasing, stocking and tracking inventory, establishing and meeting sales goals• Document all records in a concise, timely and accurate manner• Assist in management of facility social media presence; Golf Advisor, Facebook, Twitter and Instagram• Ensure maintenance of desired professional customer service standards through training programs and customer reviews• Work harmoniously with General Manager, Controller/Clubhouse Manager, Superintendent, Special Events Coordinator, F&B Manger• Mentor and develop aspiring golf professional staff through training and annual performance evaluation reviews• Provide guidance and direction for sister golf facility; The Florida Club
