Drove the Requirements and Acceptance side of Agile web portal development for re-branded and re-architected public retail websites and corporate portals. Re-factored, improved and increased automated regression coverage.

Created testing and requirements services. Taught branches how to sell projects (evolving away from staffing). User Segmentation approach to applications security and functional re-design. Adapted Requirements Detailing and Requirements Management methods into standard practices. 1) Derived test automation methods and tailored custom tools for controlling remote factory robotics. Met all SEI CMM Level 4 criteria and enabled WIN NT Certification. These methods are now used in remote verification of nuclear reactor controls and ensuring human safety near manufacturing and medical robots.2) Established a Business Analyst Group for performing Feasibility Studies, Impact Analysis, Requirements Detailing, and User Acceptance Testing. Negotiated Service Level Agreements between IT and IT customers. 3) Established Project Management Office (PMO) reporting and communications procedures to unify and standardize insight into aircraft operations and maintenance. Created new methods and trained Systems Integration Test (SIT) and User Acceptance Test (UAT) teams to prove operational readiness of critical systems.4) Assisted numerous corporate acquisitions and mergers through business process consolidation, applying value-chain analysis and cross-functional flows to support applications rationalization. Derived abstract business topologies to reveal commonalities of operations, dependencies, processes and roles. Planned the business transformations and process evolutions from simple data exchange to stable operations under new Consolidated Operations Models.
