Main responsibility's areMaintaining Customer Portfolio and developing Key accounts , whilst looking for New Business via existing and new route to markets. Liaising with Key Account Personnel at all levels from Sales to Senior Management level , conducting Business Reviews , Product Range Reviews and delivering training programmes to help develop their business and staff. Carrying out Thermal ( U Value ) Calculations as and when needed . Along with Technical Support to a diverse customer base , including Architects , Merchants , and Contractors .Supporting / liaising with all Divisions of IKO PLC with their Insulations needs and enquiries , helping them to deliver projects on tight deadlines.Liaising with Colleagues from our European Plants to aid in growing our Business needs , and develop our product range within the UK marketplace.
