We Increased turnover by £32k and then promoted to Area Relief Manager before taking over at another blue chip site in Harrogate Managing an exceptionally busy kitchen and dining room serving 900+. Catering for functions for up to 75 per sitting. within a variety of 15 function rooms. Dealing with customers’ requirements and requests.
