Work with Honeywell Alliance on HW site executing various projects requested by two HW Chemical Plants from conception to completion. Utilize Smart Plant Instrumentation (SPI) database for both plants. Typical project under 100K. Interface with Corporate Engineering and provide expertise as required. Supervise a team of 3+ Engineers/Designers.

Led a team of mechanics that crossed all functions (multi-craft) in starting up a department that consisted of two Tissue Converting machines initially and grew to 5 Tissue Machines & 3 Towel Machines by 2006. Along with Production Supervision, responsible for Safety, equipment uptime, quality, production goals, etc.

Responsible for Maintenance & Engineering in a 900Ton/Day Recycle Linerboard Paper Mill. Approx. 30 reports. $500K monthly maintenance budget. Initially hired on as I&E Superintendant.

Electrical Supervisor for Paper Machine & Pulp Mill w/crew of 15 techs. Moved to Utilities as Asst Supt. over 40MW Co-Gen Unit (Gas Turbine) with 15MW Steam Turbine & additional 300K #/hr Boiler. Responsivble for 5 MM Gal/Day Water Treatment Plant. Coordinated Operations & Maintenance outages and upgrades as required.

Assisted with corporate wide modifications and start-up of Diaper Machines in the Memphis Plant. Worked in the site project group (electrical) with various projects dealing with package conveyors, stretch wrap, palletizing, lighting and infrastructure.

Junior Project Electrical Engineer in a Fine Paper & Pulp Mill. Worked with Maintenance on various projects throughout the Mill.
